Smart Business Solutions — where giving is the business

In FY2025, the firm raised and donated over $76,000 to local organisations, with $50,000 supported by the Foundation's dollar-matching program, directing every dollar to grassroots groups tackling youth homelessness, suicide prevention, family crisis support and social isolation.

Moggs Advisory — community is who they are

For Moggs Advisory, winner of the 2025 Barry Lambert Award, community involvement was never a marketing strategy. Their team has clocked 3,900 volunteer hours, served as treasurers for local sports clubs, sat on hospital and aged care boards, and built bicycles donated to children with cancer. When the Foundation matched their fundraising contribution, the firm directed a further $5,000 to a local cause chosen by staff.

Hunter Financial — Phil Smith, leading with heart

Phil Smith, Director at Hunter Financial and three-time Count Advisor of the Year, donates $1,000 per month to the Foundation, funded personally as well as through the business. As a volunteer director of We Care Connect, Phil and his team delivered more than 1,000 toys for the Christmas appeal, packed more than 300 school-ready backpacks for kids in need, and raised $25,000 during Poverty Week.
